Are you ready for a silly, fun, thoughtful, and truly EPIC teambuilding activity? The EPIC game will challenge your preconceived notions of boring teambuilding activities as you engage in a series of brainteasers, physical challenges, ridiculous tasks and more. The team with the most points at the end, wins. To get there, your team will need to work together, think critically, and act silly.
Learner Journeys – Steve Thiel
Learn more about the efforts across our programs through the lens of our learners. Putting ourselves in our learners’ shoes, we will “walk” various learner journeys and as we do so will explore both the challenges facing learners and the innovative ways our programs partner to facilitate learner success.
Working Genius – Karen Fisher, Director Change Leadership and Organizational Culture
The 6 types of Working Genius is a model that helps people discover their natural gifts and thrive in their work and life. When people are able to better understand the types of work that bring them more energy and fulfillment and avoid work that leads to frustration and failure, they can be more self-aware, more productive and more successful. Working Genius identifies the six fundamental activities that are required for any type of work and provides a simple framework for how work gets done. In this interactive session we will explore the “Working Genius” of ourselves and our team.
